20+ years of diverse and progressively responsible experience in dynamic business and technical environments.
Let's take a look at some of my favorite projects.
Youth Access Program
one-G simulation
Giving Back...
During my role as COO, I helped concept, brand, and launch this program:
The one-G Youth Access is about reaching further. We are expanding career pathways for youth in aviation through better access to simulation. One school at a time, one teacher at a time, one student at a time, we are making a positive impact by making simulation technology readily available to aspiring aviators.
The following campaigns are examples of the marketing assets I had the pleasure of contributing to during my time at Specialized Bicycle Components.
In my role as Senior Project Manager of Equipment Global Marketing, I helped the creative teams produce and deliver the marketing assets that are distributed globally. Our team was responsible for the marketing of Apparel, Shoes, Helmets, Saddles, Tires, and Bags.
Swiss 12
Advanced Aviation Training Device
one-G Simulation
improving safety
The one-G Swiss 12 is about increasing safety margins for an air ambulance operator. This device allowed them to bring their flight training program in-house to improve pilot proficiency by providing consistent access to a model-specific training device.
In my role as COO of one-G simulation, I had the excellent opportunity to Project Manage the design, production, and delivery of this flight training device. This process included the coordination of an FAA approval process. The project ran fifty weeks, and we delivered on time.

South Mountain Products
South Mountain Products is a new venture and the parent company of some outdoor brands I spun up with two partners.
We had a fun time working with OkayBro developing the brand assets for South Mountain products, Shredderhosen, and Birch Bicycle Co.

early career
Surgical Simulation, European cars, and bicycle frame design and fabrication.
EDGE is a next-gen reality-based laparoscopic training tool. Acting as a liaison between the University of Washington Bio-Robotics Lab and Simulab Corporation with my primary role in Product Development, I led this device to production.
Before getting deep into surgical and then aircraft simulation, I was a factory trained Mercedes Technician specializing in diagnostics. I've had the opportunity to work on all manner of European cars from Saabs and Minis to Ferraris and Porsches. I built and maintained a vintage Group 3 race car.
I have built and raced my own bicycle frames. I love welding and metal fabrication.
This diverse and highly technical experience combined with my belief and practice in servant leadership serves me well as I navigate my current role as Chief Operating Officer. My recent pursuits include study in digital marketing with the University of Washington and obtaining my private pilot certificate. I'm always trying to get better at playing guitar...
